  1. We take a look.

    Costs you nothing. It takes a few minutes and you're not billed for it.

  2. We tell you what's going on.

    If it needs work, we'll say so plainly, and you'll have the price in your hand, in writing, before anything starts.

  3. You decide what happens next.

    Go ahead today, or take it home and think it over. Either answer is fine by us, and the look costs you nothing either way.

If you decide to go ahead, that's when the exam and x-ray come in. Those are treatment, and they're on the list below.

One price, nothing added on afterward. Not every tooth is the same, though — one that's broken off at the gumline is more work than one that isn't, and a crown or a filling depends on what's left to work with, so those run more. Whatever yours turns out to be, you'll have the number in writing before anything starts, and you can take it home and think about it.

Paid the day you come in. We accept cash, card, CareCredit, HSA, FSA, and major PPO insurances. If you'd rather split it into monthly payments, we can check what you'd qualify for in about two minutes.

These are self-pay prices. If you carry dental insurance we work with, your plan's rates apply instead, and we'll walk you through what that means before we begin.

What you leave with

The thing you came in for, taken care of.
Same day when we can. And if it's bigger than what we should be doing here, we'll tell you straight and point you to the right person.
A number you saw before we started.
In writing. Once you've agreed to it, it doesn't move.
Nothing you didn't come in for.

Who you'll see

Shad Lewis, DMD. I've been practicing dentistry in Berks County for twenty-two years. When you come in, I'm the one who looks at your tooth and I'm the one who treats it. There's no associate, no rotating schedule, and nobody handing you off.

If it's been a long time since you've been to a dentist, that's alright. A lot of people who come here haven't been in years. Nobody is going to lecture you about it — we're just going to take care of the tooth that's bothering you.
